Ever wonder what to do with all those semi-rotten pumpkins after Halloween? Well CBRE and United Way teamed up to find a fun, outrageous solution that raises money for local area charities.
On Friday, November 1st at 3pm, people will gather on the roof of an office building on 14th and Boulder. They won’t be just running the clock down until the weekend though, they’ll be chucking their old pumpkins from the roof!
There will be a bouncy castle for the kids, live music and pumpkin goo everywhere.
Don’t worry, you won’t have to clean it up, and you don’t have to explain to your kids why those neighborhood hoodlums smashed their Jack-O-Lanterns.
Don’t forget though, the money raised goes to the United Way. For each pumpkin you chuck, it’s $10. You can even try to hit targets!
