Bama CEO, Paula Marshall, along with others from the Food industry recently spoke at a European Supplier Summit in Munich, Germany. Topics included sustainability, operations, and supply chain, as well as Marshall’s topic, women and diversity in leadership roles in business.

The presentation, was described as “a vibrant discussion.” Which should come as no surprise to those who have heard Marshall speak on this issue in the past. The diversity can be seen throughout the entire Bama company, including various leadership roles. The Bama Companies has also earned the Tulsa Regional Chamber’s Mosaic Award for Inclusion and Diversity four of the last five years and also earned a score of 95 out of 100 from the human Rights Campaign.
