Recently, Bama had the distinct privilege of being visited by Mayor GT Bynum and Councilor Phil Lakin! This visit came during the mayor’s 24-hour Tour of Tulsa in celebration of 918 Day.
918 Day is a Tulsa holiday launched in 2018 that celebrates our city and aims to shine a spotlight onto all that makes Tulsa great: our diversity, our resilience, and our growth. The 2019 theme was “What makes Tulsa, Tulsa?”
Mayor GT Bynum began his Tour of Tulsa at midnight on 918 Day, where he visited more than 36 local businesses and organizations over the course of 24 hours, including Bama.
