On this episode, Marshall talks about exciting things happening around Bama, including the grand opening of our Hotcakes facility, Bama Family Fun Day 2017, New employee training programs and celebrating Bama’s 80th year in business.
The hotcakes facility produces more than 150,000 hotcakes per shift, serving McDonald’s all-day breakfast menu. Paula discusses some of the logistics involved in that project.
Bama Family Fun Day is a day in which Bama shows our appreciation for what our employees do for us. Paula truly thinks of the Bama employees as one big family. Paula discusses some of our new training programs that help to foster that family atmosphere, and also talks about 80 years of the family business.
