Bama Pie Facility - Corporate Headquarters

This 160,000 square foot facility is located at the historic site of the original Bama Pie facility built in 1937. It contains the corporate offices and a manufacturing facility that produces frozen dough pizza crust, baked and fried hand-held pies, and cookie and cracker crumb pie shells.

Bama Frozen Dough facility

Bama Frozen Dough

Opened in 1995, this 210,000 square foot facility is the location for the largest employee base of all the Bama facilities. Bama Frozen Dough produces more hand-held pies and frozen dough pizza crusts than any of our other facilities.

This 160,000 square foot facility was built in 1990 in the Cherokee Industrial Park. It is the largest biscuit manufacturing facility of the Bama facilities.

A Sino-US equity joint venture Beijing Bama began operations in a rented facility in 1993 moving into its current facility in 1998. A 7,300 square meter facility, it produces both sweet and savory hand-held pies. We employ more than 200 employees and supply markets both in and out of China. Export markets include Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore Philippines, and others.

The Beijing Baijiayi Facility in China

As with BJ Bama, BJY is another joint venture with the same partner and began operations in a rented facility in 2004 and moved into a dedicated 6,000 square meter facility which opened in 2008. Employing nearly 200 employees, BJY produces a range of products including frozen dough (pizza, buns, bread loaves, etc.), laminated pastry doughs that can be filled with both sweet and savory fillings, cakes, and cookies with a number of products currently under development.

This is Bama's newest joint venture in China. Located in Guangzhou, China in 2009, this 5,200 square meter facility produces hamburger buns for several leading Quick Service Resturant brands.
