At Bama, our people are wildly important. This means that helping our employees and their families live long and healthy lives is wildly important to us too.

One of the ways we do this is through our comprehensive Wellness Program. Included in our wellness program are three fitness centers, and a family clinic. We also provide our employees with access to information, classes, and financial support to those pursuing a healthier lifestyle.

Additionally, at Bama, we have a number of Team Member Support Programs to help out, as well as celebrate our employees. Specific programs include BamaAid, BamaBuilds, EAP (Employee Assistance Program), Tuition Assistance, and our Loyalty, Prosperity, and Fun Teams.
